Keep-Fit Allowance
OTIF AB can reimburse costs of up to 3 000 SEK per employee and calendar year for fitness-related activities.
The reimbursements are tax-free and do not affect your gross salary or marginal tax rate.

Travel Insurance
When on business trips outside of the European Union, you are covered by a global travel insurance.
When on business trips within the European Union, insurance coverage is provided by the Swedish Insurance Agency.
Make sure to order your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) before you go!

Global Recruitment
Work Permit
If you need a work permit to work in Sweden, OTIF AB will sponsor your application and support you throughout the process.
Since OTIF AB is a certified employer, the Swedish Migration Agency will process the application faster.
Swedish work permits are granted for a maximum of two years at a time, but can never be valid beyond the expiry date of the passport.
Please check that your passport is valid for at least two more years before you apply!
Relocation
We will help you set up a bank account, get a Swedish ID card, arrange a furnished apartment, and manage dialogs with local authorities.
However, we will not subsidize your relocation; you will bear all the costs yourself, including the cost of the apartment.
